These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Melocade website, beta programme, and any associated applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta programme

Access to Melocade apps via the beta programme is by invitation only. Acceptance into the beta programme is at our sole discretion. We may revoke access at any time without notice.

As a beta tester you agree to:

• Use beta builds solely for testing and evaluation purposes.
• Provide honest, constructive feedback through the tester portal.
• Not redistribute, share, or publicly disclose any beta software, features, or content that has not been publicly released by Melocade.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Melocade application.

2. Non-disclosure

By joining the beta programme you acknowledge and agree that all beta software, unreleased features, design assets, and any information shared in the tester portal are confidential and proprietary to Melocade. You agree not to disclose any such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

This non-disclosure obligation survives the termination of your participation in the beta programme.

3. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, and materials provided through our Services are owned by or licensed to Melocade and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

Feedback and suggestions you provide to us may be used by Melocade without restriction or compensation to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Services or infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with Melocade.

5. Disclaimers

Beta software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the beta software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of beta software is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melocade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of any beta software and delete any copies in your possession.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
